HCS assists estate administrators with the management of the oil and gas properties associated with major estates across the United States. This service includes leasing negotiations, review of royalties for errors, as well as yearly reporting to shareholders. This service is provided on an hourly or fixed monthly cost.
At the request of our estate and legal clients, HCS has created an open market system of vetted buyers for the sale of oil and gas properties. First, HCS values the property, and the seller agrees to a minimum sale price for the property. Then, a sales package is created for the property in order to advertise it to the buyers. The market for the property is open for a month, and as many as twenty-one (21) buyers participate in a bidding market for the offered property. The buyer with the highest offer is selected to buy the property. This brings competition and benefits to the seller in what is often a market that favors the buyers. In HCS's process, the seller has no out-of-pocket expenses, and all fees that are paid to HCS are based on the sales price. Please contact HCS for detailed information and an engagement if you or your clients could benefit from this service.
